object duration #0: Avatar Zet @ Studio Hrdinů
Avatar Zet is a performative consultation that focuses on a research of Miloš Zet's legacy that was conducted by Hynek Alt, Vojtěch Märc, Zuzana Krisková, Jiří Skála, Martin Zet last year.
Avatar Zet takes place in an everyday setting. Its post-produced live-streamed version works with augmented reality, replacing performers' heads with fragments of Miloš Zet's (1920-1995) most public sculptures. These include Youth (1963), Night Crossing (1968) and Klement Gottwald (1956) amongst others. This juncture enables Zet's pieces to gain a voice, create a living sculptural group on stage and to set a platform for discussion about the legacy of Zet's artworks.
Avatar Zet is a series of public performances developed as a preamble to object duration public programme series co-produced by lítost, Prague and Trafó, Budapest. The event is a cooperation between lítost and Lucie Drdova Gallery, both Prague and
